Temporary, Temp-to-Hire or "Direct-Hire (Recruits)".
Invoices are due upon receipt, except the ones that are generated and submitted to our clients weekly and payable within the indicated time frame (Net 14 or Net 30) selected by the Client, in the "Service Client Agreement".
Late payments: are subject to an additional 5% charge of the total amount due (for all principals $25,000. or less), with an interest rate of 1.5% monthly.
Accounts over 30 days past due, are subject to incur collection fees and reasonable attorney’s fees up to 30% of the outstanding balance, plus applicable court fees or costs.
There is a $35. fee for any returned checks.
All Recruits or “Direct-hires” require a one-time payment, due upon receipt- for services rendered in total. This payment is due immediately and is accompanied with a receipt on the candidate's start date, after being selected, and placed for hire.
Down payments are not required.
However, if a Client elects to make a deposit or down payment, the amount: ($_, ___ . __) put down, will automatically reduce the mark-up rate by 5%, or by a flat rate discount, if applicable depending on the amount down.
