is a program

This program is primarily designed to offer offenders a noble opportunity to perform their community service hours mandated by the courts in helping our organization's mission and goals to help keep our environment clean of litter and debris, one street at a time.
Staying connected helps us build stronger ties with neighbors and community leaders. We proudly advocate for positive change and take an active role in uplifting and improving our environment. Through mentorship and leadership opportunities, we also engage youth by encouraging active participation and equipping them with valuable knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience that foster personal growth and community responsibility.
This program helps applicants with benefits and incentives such as:
- Job readiness and Training
- Respect for the environment and others
- Helps build good character and people skills
- Helps us give employment referrals for possible future positions
- We also partner with AAL Staffing Service, LLC. to help applicants gain other training and testing with OSHA certifications, for future job placements (ask for details)
- and more
Program Operations & Objectives:
- Manage, maintain and organize litter and debris
- Pick-up litter and debris
- Load up trailers and trucks with debris
- Use hand-equipment, tools and supplies
- Rake leaves and Pine needles
- Operate Blowers and Mowers
- and more
After completing all "court-mandated" community service hours, you will receive a letter of recommendation and referral.
Referrals: Education, Training, Testing, Certification and/or Employment
ALL Applicants who "do not" have court ordered community service may volunteer and/or contribute to our cause.
